Alan Chaffee, Founder & CEO
Alan has 30 years of extensive experience in financial accounting, business consulting, company valuations, and corporate re-structuring. He has focused his last two decades helping companies use financial information to drive operational improvements, manage cash flow, and increase profitability.
Eric Camm, Director of Capital Advisory, Partner
Eric is an experienced turnaround and restructure advisor, who comes to his engagements utilizing his background as a corporate attorney. He has led numerous M&A transactions, restructure engagements, and Receiverships, and leads Turning Point’s turnaround and restructure group.
Lucas Kartic, President, Managing Partner
Having been with Turning Point since its founding in 2009, Lucas is known for his ability to steer organizations through critical turnaround situations, maximize enterprise value, and achieve optimal outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Julie Stead, Partner
Julie’s primary focus is with clients that are struggling with cash flow or profitability issues, whether due to revenue growth exceeding capacity or market retraction. She teams up with the CEO to help them understand their financial situation and cash flow restraints, forecast for the future, and find solid ground.
Kristina Angel, Partner & Director of Executive Recruitment
Kristina has over 15 years of experience in Recruiting with exposure to various industries and types of roles. She started out on the agency side, made her way to corporate recruiting and started to focus on leadership recruiting.
Brian Grant, Principal, M&A Lead
Brian has three decades of experience in CFO and leadership roles, establishing himself as a seasoned financial consultant and M&A advisor. He has a diverse background in public and private accounting spanning a wide-range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, technology, software, utilities, and medical supplies.
Nick Howe, Principal, Data Analytics Lead
An expert in enhancing financial transparency and operational efficiency, Nick manages the data analytics team, developing automated reporting systems to support clients. He has over two decades of experience and has directed finance and operations during periods of significant growth, and has implemented systems that increased productivity and reduced costs.
