Lucas Kartic has been with Turning Point since its founding in 2009 and has played a significant role in the firm’s growth and development. A longtime advisor to middle market businesses, Lucas is known for guiding organizations through critical turnaround situations, complex financial and operational challenges, and successful exits.

With a background spanning M&A, CFO and Controller leadership, and Financial Planning & Analysis, Lucas brings a broad perspective to evaluating the financial and operational structures of a business. He has worked on dozens of transactions ranging from seven to nine figures and has extensive experience helping business leaders improve profitability, build enterprise value, and navigate periods of significant change.

Throughout his tenure at Turning Point, Lucas has also helped shape and expand the firm’s capabilities in response to the evolving needs of its clients. His experience working closely with business owners and leadership teams gives him a practical understanding of the challenges facing middle market companies and where Turning Point can bring additional expertise and support.

On a personal note, Lucas is a devoted family man, cherishing life with his wife, Amanda, and daughters, Noa and Marlowe. A food and travel enthusiast, he enjoys exploring Seattle’s restaurant scene and spending time in Barcelona, a favorite destination for his family.
