Having been with Turning Point since its founding in 2009, Lucas is known for his ability to steer organizations through critical turnaround situations, maximize enterprise value, and achieve optimal outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

With a comprehensive background in M&A, serving as CFO, Controller, and in Financial Planning & Analysis roles, Lucas has been pivotal in guiding businesses through successful exits. He has worked on dozens of transactions ranging from seven to nine figures and is adept at evaluating financial and operational structures within an organization.

Lucas's professional journey is characterized by his commitment to excellence and the development of sustainable financial strategies that drive organizational success. His leadership in high-stakes environments, combined with his subject matter expertise, makes him an invaluable asset to any organization looking to enhance their financial position or navigate complex financial transactions.

On a personal note, Lucas is a devoted family man, cherishing life with his wife, Amanda, and daughter, Noa. A connoisseur of good food, he enjoys exploring culinary delights at his favorite Seattle-based restaurants. Though his family calls Issaquah, Washington home, Lucas has a vacation home in Barcelona, a reflection of his passion for traveling and experiencing diverse cultures.
