Kristina Angel

Partner & Director of Executive Recruitment


Kristina has over 15 years of experience in Recruiting with exposure to various industries and types of roles. She started out on the agency side, made her way to corporate recruiting, and started to focus on leadership recruiting. After transitioning into using her recruiting background to design and roll out a global recruiting and onboarding system, she decided that she wanted to get back to her true passion, recruiting. She loves what she does and it shows through her interactions with clients and candidates.

At Turning Point, Kristina sources talent based on the specific long-term needs of our clients. Her ability to place the right people in the right roles contributes to increased profitability and success of the businesses she serves. She truly believes that what a person does for a living should be something that aligns with personal values and delivers a sense of accomplishment. Kristina has been recognized by the LinkedIn community as a Top Recruiting Voice based on her noteworthy contributions to articles on the platform. She can't think of a better career for herself than being able to make that positive impact on others’ lives.

Kristina has three children, and she is often going from one sporting event to another. She enjoys running, yoga, and time on the lake.
