Turning Point Welcomes Luiza Gomes to Growing Advisory Team
SEATTLE, WA – Turning Point Strategic Advisors is pleased to welcome Luiza Gomes to the firm as a Consultant, bringing experience in accounting, financial operations, and process improvement across the U.S. and Brazil.
Most recently, Gomes supported full-cycle accounting for multi-entity clients at a public accounting and advisory firm. There, she led a system migration and worked across a range of industries and business models. Her experience also spans financial reporting and analysis, cash flow forecasting, and tax operations and compliance.
"What interested me most about Turning Point was the opportunity to take on more challenging and meaningful work while continuing to grow my career in the U.S.," said Gomes. "I felt a connection to the company's values and growth mindset. We share the belief that there is always more to learn, improve, and achieve, which made joining this team an exciting next step."
In her role, Gomes will support clients with financial operations, reporting, and strengthening internal controls to help leaders run their business more effectively and efficiently. She is bilingual in English and Portuguese and was recognized by a previous employer with an award for accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Gomes holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting Science and a master's degree in Taxation and Accounting from the Catholic University of Santa Catarina in Brazil, along with an associate's degree in Business Administration from Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
Luiza lives in Sammamish, Washington. When she’s not at work, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and traveling, with Japan topping her list of favorite destinations.
