Turning Point Adds Strategic Finance Expertise with Phil Vanderhawk

SEATTLE, WA – Turning Point Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce that Phil Vanderhawk has joined the firm as a Financial Analyst, bringing nearly a decade of experience in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

Phill joins Turning Point after nine years at Cambia Health Solutions in Seattle, most recently as a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst. In that role, he partnered with executive leadership on financial analysis that shaped major business decisions, staying involved from initial funding through implementation. His contributions included budgeting and forecasting, product pricing strategy, and vendor contract negotiations that generated significant savings for the organization.

"I was drawn to the chance to have a tangible impact in the community and help businesses solve complex problems," said Vanderhawk. "The talent of the team stood out to me right away. I'm already impressed with everyone I've met in my first few days."

Phil earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington. Phil lives in the greater Seattle area with his wife and their young daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running to clear his mind, and taking on the occasional house project.
