Having joined the company in the fall of 2024, Adrian brought with him two decades of industry experience and a vision to transform a company already known for its reliability and global reach. He understood that while I Love Produce’s operational strength, built on years of global sourcing expertise and a multilingual logistics network, had helped the company weather past storms, the next phase of growth would demand deeper real-time insights. At the time, the company’s reporting structure wasn’t equipped for analyzing the business by its operational units, nor could it support scenario analysis. To close this gap, Adrian turned to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) as a solution to help his team further understand the financial drivers of the business with greater accuracy and speed.
“We partnered with Turning Point to develop a custom framework to bring clarity to our data,” explains Almeida. “Through a combination of real-time dashboards and dynamic reporting tools, we’ve gained the ability to evaluate product-level profitability, monitor inventory turnover, and manage working capital with a new level of precision.” Adrian and his team worked with Turning Point to develop reports using custom attributes for customers and products, enabling detailed segmentation of sales, profit, and volume in real time.
