Finance Transformation Leader Christine Kelly Joins Turning Point

SEATTLE, WA – Turning Point Strategic Advisors is pleased to welcome Christine Kelly to the firm as a Senior Consultant. With more than two decades of experience spanning accounting operations, finance transformation, and ERP implementations, Christine brings a valuable blend of operational depth and strategic vision to Turning Point’s CFO advisory practice.

For the past five years, Christine has worked exclusively in finance transformation consulting, reporting directly to CEOs and CFOs of middle market companies. She has helped clients strengthen finance and accounting operations, improve cash flow and reporting visibility, and implement governance frameworks that support better decision-making and long-term growth. A consistent process improvement and ERP implementation lead, she has worked with organizations of all sizes- including engagements with Alaska Airlines, Costco, and T-Mobile - giving her a firsthand understanding of what works at scale and how to bring those lessons to growing businesses.

“Christine has tackled our field from every angle – as a controller, an operator, and a consultant,” said Alan Chaffee, CEO of Turning Point. “That breadth of experience reinforces her credibility with clients. Add in her AI background, and she brings a perspective we’re very excited to put to work.”

Christine was drawn to Turning Point by its focus on small and mid-market companies and its commitment to innovation to deliver better outcomes for clients.

“Small and mid-market engagements have always been my favorite consulting projects because you can see the direct results of your work,” said Christine. “I was also excited about Turning Point’s interest in helping clients navigate and adopt AI in ways that are practical and meaningful.”

Christine holds an MBA, a PMP certification, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Change Management Specialist designation. She recently earned an MS in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, further deepening her ability to help businesses harness technology for operational transformation.

Christine is based in Edmonds, WA. Outside of consulting, she is an ice hockey player who, in addition to playing in the Kraken Hockey League in Seattle, has also played in 12 countries. She is also a bassist in a local indie rock band with music on Spotify. An avid traveler and adventurer, Christine is always chasing something new - fly fishing is the next pursuit on her list.
