Turning Point Expands Consulting Team with Additions of a Staff Accountant and Senior Consultant
Seattle, WA – Turning Point is proud to welcome Jenny Lay and Erica Manning to its growing consulting team to keep up with client projects and demand.
With over a decade of experience in banking and accounting, Lay has acquired a strong foundation for job costing, budgeting and payroll, and has deep knowledge of the construction and solar installation industries. In recent years, she has maintained her own bookkeeping business and has first-hand experience in entrepreneurship and tackling the economic challenges many small businesses are facing today.
Manning brings with her prior consulting experience serving fast-growing tech startups, as well as in-house assignments, including her most recent post managing the portfolio of operating assets for a Seattle-based commercial real estate firm.

As a senior consultant, Manning will be responsible for supporting clients through month-end close, financial reporting, managing the finance and accounting departments, accounting system conversion, and job costing analysis. While Lay will create and maintain records of financial transactions using various accounting systems, provide support for external auditing, and prepare reports against company KPIs and planned budgets.
Upholding Turning Point’s presence in the Pacific Northwest, Manning resides in the Seattle-area and Lay is based in Vancouver, WA.
